We want you to absolutely love your new gear! If for any reason you don't, we’ve got your back. Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:

 

Returns:

- 14-Day Happiness Guarantee: You’ve got 14 days from the date you receive your goodies to decide if they’re your perfect fit.

- Condition: Make sure items are in their original condition, with tags attached, and unwashed (we know, laundry is the last thing you want to do anyway).

- Easy Process: Just reach out to our friendly MamaRilla Support Team at support@mamarilla.com, and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pop your items back in the mail and we’ll handle the rest.

 

Exchanges:

- No Sweat Exchanges: Found a size that fits you better? Want a different color to match your vibe? No problem! Just contact us within 14 days, and we’ll swap it out for you.

- Smooth Process: Let us know what you need at support@mamarilla.com, and we’ll guide you through the easy steps. Your new item will be on its way in no time.

 

Refunds:

- Speedy Refunds: Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be back in your account faster than your morning coffee kicks in.

- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you used a gift card, we’ll send you a new one. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

- We’ve Got Your Back: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us right away at support@mamarilla.com. We’ll make it right ASAP, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

 

Important Notes:

- Sale Items: All sale items are final. But don’t worry, we only put things on sale that we know you'll love!

- Gift Returns: Got a gift that’s not quite your style? No problem! Just let us know and we’ll sort out a store credit for you.
