1. What sizes do you offer?

Currently, we offer sizes Small through X-Large in most of our pieces. However, as our small business continues to grow, we are committed to expanding our size range. We are excited to announce that by mid-summer 2024, we will be offering sizes from XS to XXXL to ensure every mom can find her favorite fit. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements and tips on how to choose the right size.

 

2. How do I care for my MamaRilla Sportswear?

For best results, flip your sportswear inside-out, machine wash on a cold cycle, and hang to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the quality and longevity of your gear.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the time you receive your goodies. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any issues, feel free to contact our customer support by emailing support@mamarilla.com.

 

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental U.S. For orders under $75, an automatic shipping rate will apply for USPS. International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

 

6. How can I earn and use Rilla Points?

Every $1.00 spent earns you 1 Rilla Point. You can also earn points by subscribing to our website (50 points), becoming a MamaRilla fitness program client (100 points), and much more. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Check out our Loyalty Program page for more information.

 

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and AfterPay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
